Dead battery, Richard drove on over from the shop, jumped us and went and found a battery for us. Free cold drinks and fruit snacks. Best auto repair place I've found while on the road.
I took my car in to have the tires rotated and radiator replaced. I got my car back. As I drove away, three of my tires fell off of my car and rolled down the road. They hadn't screwed them back on. On the plus side, they were quick to fix the error, on the downside, there was cosmetic damage to the car and I had crashed in the middle of the street. When I asked if this happens often, they said "don't worry, the mechanic probably just got distracted and forgot to put your tires back on." One week later, my engine started to smoke. Both of my fans were disconnected. I'm certain that this company didn't plug them back in when they were replacing my radiator. Fix your car anywhere else.
