Girlfriend needed a doctor they got her in same-day. Quick, and girlfriend said doctor was very nice.
My grandfather goes here, he sees Mel Carter. I believe Mel Carter is an enabler. My grandpa waits hours to be seen and still nothing gets done. The service at the front desk is deplorable. I see my grandpa dying before my eyes and nothing gets done. It is my strong belief that this clinic should be sued for malpractice.
Receptionist was very rude and didn't answer insurance question. She cut me off mid sentence saying,"have a good day" and hung up on me. If that's how they treat patients I am not going to choose them for my family!
Dr. Carter is a completely condescending and self important man. He couldn't care less about everyone else's time. His time is apparently more important than everyone else's. I very rarely write negative reviews, but this man should be out of business. Take a look at everyone else's reviews and it will become clear that this man cares nothing about other people's time. I have no patience for doctors who think that since they went to medical school they are somehow more important than everyone else. If you want to see a doctor and don't want to sit in a waiting room for an hour and a half or more with a sick child and then be talked down to, I would suggest you look elsewhere. And like others have mentioned, this was with an appointment.
The wait can be long on some days but it is because doctor carter truely cares about his patients and spends quality time with each person. I️ always leave feeling like my kid got the best care around. Thanks Dr. Carter for taking the time to really care for my daughter and not just rushing us out the door!!
