I went to buy furniture not to look through a book to order online myself. The staff was only interested in visiting with a local person who entered the store after me.
Bought a recliner, rug and ottoman during their fall sale... very nice staff..

Bought another mattress today and once again left overly impressed!!! Best service, very knowledgeable of what they were selling! We moved to the area about 2 years ago and have purchased everything with Stout! Karla is awesome! We were pretty sure when we went in at 430, they would not be able to deliver the king size mattress today, they close at 6, but to our GREAT pleasure, she said they would! Within a few minutes of leaving the store, they called and said they would be there in about 20 minutes. Sure enough, they were right on time. We have had one of the delivery guys before and he is fantastic! Today was exactly the same! Can't say enough good things about the staff at Stouts! Thank you and we will be back!
