Usually quiet and not too busy. Sometimes it seems like they take quite a while to restock certain items. Other than that they are AWESOME.
They said they had 8 of a certain item and yet they could not find any of them in the store and all they said while walking away well sorry we can do anything for you and keep walking not trying to help me find another item.

Got lots of mailings to my address with strange names, But never my name, really weird.
Then 4 months later I got mailings AGAIN to strange names. I called again to have my address removed from their mailing list.

I went in for one thing and came out with everything I needed. The customer service was great. At first it was a little hard to find them but the attitude of all employees was outstanding. I will shop there again. Items varied from a jack, air compressor, peanuts, boots, etc: to other things. I was able to get all things and did not waste time and more driving to, all in one location.
