Zero stars! This guy doesn't do his work! I had to call him the day before the mortgage loan was closing to crack the whip and ask where the title was (he should have had it ready by then!!!). Extremely unimpressed. Now come to find out 4 months later there's a problem with the title that he did? What a bad joke of a business. I called his office for one hour on a Monday morning at 10am no answer...um hello?! He doesn't return phone calls either. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.
