I know DMV's have a bad rap all over the country for their long lines and staff usually being rude. I was incredibly impressed by my experience here :) A friend told me my wait time would be quicker by scheduling an appointment online, so I did and I was taken care of quickly! MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, it saved me lots of time! The staff members were also courteous, helpful and quick with getting me my license!! Thanks so much!!
It seems that as long as I'm patient, relaxed, and kind that they're the same back to me. Some lady there was getting really agitated and the manager came over and quickly escorted her into the manager's office. It seemed like a smart move.
Actually not too bad for a DMV office. Sometimes understaffed during busy hours, but if you get in in the morning you get pretty quick service. Occasionally you run into the short tempered, rude staff but usually they're pretty reasonable. If you're nice to then they'll be nice back.
Very clean and quick service. A tad confusing for out of state transplants as the drivers license division is NOT AT THE DMV! If you miss the sign and go into the adjacent DMV, the employees are a tad rude. This happened to my mother, although I found it signed rather well with large letters on the building "Driver's license".
I a actually not had a bad experience here and I don't think I've ever been there longer than 20 minutes or so.
