Prior to this, I've always had a wonderful experience at this location and have always felt that everyone really cares and takes the proper time to discuss concerns and educate us. This experience will not prevent me from returning.
I have usually reviewed this location with 5 stars. However, while they advertise walk-ins are welcome. They did not seem to want to accept one a few weeks ago. While I was having a lot of trouble standing due to possible flu, the receptionist (who i was not familiar with) was not considerate at all. This disappointed me very much because this is my preferred health care center.
The staff is extremely helpful and kind. Definitely a positive experience.
Dr. Dorian Webb is an amazing, intelligent and proactive doctor that spends sufficient time with his patients. His assistant, Burgen, is a kind and smart woman that is absolutely attentive. I LOVE THIS OFFICE and would recommend them to everyone!!!
