When I arrived I couldn't climb the stairs, by the time I left, I had repelled down a mountain, rock climbed, (with difficulty, but still went for it ), and zip lined across a canyon!!! I cannot adequately put into words how brilliant this programme is. If you are struggling with life, have a chronic illness etc, this is the programme for you.
I attended The Bridge in January 2017. It absolutely changed my life, ( or I should say, it enabled me to change my life ). Firstly, it is in a most stunningly gorgeous part of the country, that very much takes a big part of the recovery. The staff, ( all of them ), are the most phenomenal, dedicated, talented, special people I have ever had the privilege to meet.
