I like them. They do seem more expensive than other A&Ws and their service is pretty bad. That said, the food is good and the root beer is delicious. Make sure you fill it up at the A&W fountain and not the gas station one, it is much better.
After I got home I realized I was served a burned double burger without any toppings. Many times they are out of stock on items on their menu (ex spinach tortillas, roast beef ...etc). When you use your credit card and a coupon the "manager" says they can not give the credit card "customer copy" to the customer because they need to staple it to the coupon. I guess all the other business' that accept coupons have "special" powers beyond them. You find some employees not at the front counter but yapping on their cell phones, smoking or talking to each other in the side areas out of view and you have to speak out loud to announce your waiting for service and act like you annoyed them with your ordering when they do. Closing at 7:30 pm for fast food is also unheard of. Also some of the girls working there act like arrogant snobs and that this is a part-time job after their million dollars a shoot modeling imaginary career.
Really fast and pretty good, waited about 4 mins and loved the food.
The ladies working here are horrible. If I employed them I'd be embarrassed. They walk around on their cell phones. One has been conversing pretty loudly with her coworker in back about sex and the dudes she's been with. Very loudly. Everything looks dirty and they treated me like I was interrupting their conversations. If I could give negative stars I would.

Terrible. Close at 8. We got there at 7:50. They said sorry they are closing. They really deserve 0 stars. Don't waste your time here. Guess you don't want our money.
