We were happy to discover this gem when traveling up Interstate 15 between Las Vegas and Zion. It’s a diamond in the rough. The décor is simple but the food was delicious. Surrounded by large photos of old-time prospectors, we ate incredibly tasty sweet Italian sausage sandwiches. The bread was lightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and the filling was the perfect ratio of sweet sausage, roasted peppers, marinara sauce, and mozzarella. My mouth is watering just thinking about that sandwich.
There food used to be really good but it has gone down hill recently. My wife liked there pasta but now they dont have it and there pizza isnt as good as i remember either all of this in a 2 months time. Wish it would go back to what it used to be.
Good thin-crust pizza. Service was nice and salad bar has fresh food and a nice selection. Bathroom was clean.
Clean and fresh salad bar. Able to have a beer with my eggplant parm. Garlic bread was fabulous with the dipping oil. Friendly staff. Hit all the high points with me. 5 stars.
It's a good thing they were having a special on pizza otherwise we would have walked out. Way over priced. Pizza was really good. Service was excellent. The salad bar would have been great if they would put their food on ice. The ingredients weren't cold like most salad bars. My wife had an upset stomach after eating here and she only had salad. This place has a lot of potential to be a really good restaurant. Lower your prices a little bit and make sure your salad bar is on ice.
